Perfect place to stay Staff and hotel were absolutely fantastic Very pleasant Food was absolutely gorgeous, and again waitressing staff were so lovely and accommodating. Would definitely return again.

I stayed in this hotel number of times. Gym, pool, spa are great. Gym is spacious and saunas are clean. Food in restaurant is tasty. Nothing too crazy. My favourites are steak and onion rings. Waitress Ella was going above and beyond while she was serving food. She deserves pay rise for sure.

The room was very clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was good.We totally enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic experience again. Girl at the check in desk was extremely friendly when I was checking in great interaction from the get go. Food in the bar was excellent and great value.

First class service, excellent food and such great value . Did the bestie offer with my sister and thoroughly enjoyed. We had an issue with the heating in our room but one of the managers went and provided us with a heater nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely fabulous hotel and fantastic staff

Great Hotel -- lovely check in --- we stayed in room 236 which was superb, great shower, lovely bar food, pool big with good sauna and steam, was lashing rain when arrived but lots of space to park , now a Talbot Hotel so good for families as well. Breakfast 10/10

Arrived at this Hotel on the afternoon of 21/00/2025 to be met with a smiling and very welcoming member of the reception staff. A swift registration, and I am on my way to a lovely room on the first floor. The room was immaculate with a super comfortable bed. I went to have some food and ordered the chicken wings, but I found them to be overcooked. I mentioned it to the server, and all I got was "I will tell the Chef". I had food on my last visit, and there was never a problem with the food being well-cooked, served hot, and presented well. Service was very slow, and all things considered, it was not the norm for this hotel. One suggestion for Management and Staff, "eye contact" with customers is of the utmost importance when dealing with a face-to-face customer-oriented operation. A beautiful, family-friendly hotel with very high standards, but unfortunately, this trip was just a little out of the ordinary. Looking forward to my next visit soon. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure, with a great Management Team, and with just a little tweaking, everything will be in order.

This is a lovely place to stay with good well priced food in the brasserie,the Sunday lunch is particularly good value,and on the whole the staff are helpful and friendly if a little overworked making service slow at times.
