P Frawley's Bar in Lahinch

Its the best bar in town, if you want to meet people and chat like bars were years ago its the place to go, all ages of people chatting with one another, no tvs spoiling the atmosphere.

Came back to this pub yesterday…Forget my previous review…Its even better than what I originally wrote.If you’re in Clare this is a must,otherwise you have missed out…..Its one of the great Irish pubs that quietly exist and are waiting to be discovered.This is my original review… This pub was recommended to me as having the best pint in Lahinch.It has possibly the best pint of Guinness Ive ever had.The staff are great and the owner is very chatty and friendly.The bar itself is exactly what a bar should be and theres a big beer garden outside for when the sun shines.10/10.Looking forward to returning soon.

One of the only 2 places for an outdoor pint in Lahinch

We had a round at Lahinch Golf club and one of the caddies recommended we head to Frawley’s bar after the round for a “proper pint.” We had the best creamy pint of our trip and had an absolute incredible experience. The owner of the bar, Peter, sat with us telling stories, and spent time explaining how to properly pour a pint of Guinness. Shout out to the locals who we had so much fun with, and to Thomas N in particular who could actually be the Irish Shivas Irons. This was a supper fun and welcoming bar where you can get a proper pint. I absolutely recommend to anyone in Lahinch.

Nice little spot in Lahinch with good whiskey selection and great craic. Peter the owner was wonderful. Huge beer garden out back as well. We will be back!

Cool and authentic pub! Had a great session going on in the side room with a good crowd. Got a chance to meet Peter and learn about his story. We chatted for a while about different Irish whiskeys and how he became the owner of the pub. Great guy who took the time to make our experience really great/memorable. Will definitely be back next time we come to town.

Charming old style pub. Lovely staff. Great selection of whiskeys. Pool table. Lovely beer garden. Love it !

P. Frawley’s Bar is a charming, cozy pub with a lively atmosphere. Enjoyed Smithwick’s and Guinness, with excellent service despite the bustling crowd. Truly unforgettable!

Definitely stop here for a pint or two! We stopped here after visiting the Cliffs of Moher, and so happy we did. Not only was the service wonderful, Peter was so helpful with some questions we had as travelers visiting Ireland for the first time (added bonus that it was the most perfect pour of Guinness all week, and allegedly the most perfect pour we will ever experience 😉).
