Pagoda Chinese Restaurant in Tralee

Good experience at Pagoda. Great food with some great service! Ordered crispy chicken wings, fried noodles and rice. All were delicious and served with right portions.

Quite a succulent Chinese meal had here tonight. Very pleasant waiter and staff. The portion sizes could have been larger however

I ordered jasmine tea, Chinese dumplings, steamed, the wonton soup, and the duck with Szechuan sauce and a side of noodles. The service was great! I think they do a lot of take-away orders, so they were busy but I arrived around 5pm and the dining room was empty. I was sat near a window and the server brought over a gas space heater since I was rain-drenched! Shortly after ordering I was brought the tea, a small pitcher of water with lemon, and a basket of large shrimp crackers, possibly house-made! The dumpling skin was thin and the ingredients tasted fresh the wonton soup was in a approximately 12 oz cup and was full of thinly sliced carrot, cabbage, and wontons. The duck was crispy and the sauce was mildly spicy (for me) and in generous portion. The noodles were thin and well-seasoned with veggies, and the whole side dish had wok hei! I stayed for a while to digest and wait out some of the rain and the staff was patient and did not bother me. By the time I left there were about 4 or 5 more tables sat. The whole place was very clean, including the table ware. I was told about this place by my Chinese Air BnB host, and it did not disappoint! Total bill was around €39.

The food is so nice. The place is so lovely.
