Paladar in Cork

Excellent place!! Absolutely loved the theme! Staff was super nice, cocktails and food were delicious!! Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely one of the best bar/restaurant experiences during my trip through Ireland. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the atmosphere is fantastic, and everything we ate was delicious. Standouts were the Nossa! cocktail and the chicharron side dish. Also, shoutout to Adam - One of the best bartenders out there!

If you're in Cork, no other place to drink and eat than Paladar. Keep up the great work

Had the Carmen here and it was fantastic. Really nice place and atmosphere, friendly service and we were able to grab a couple of seats at the bar, but recommend booking if you're coming at a busier time or with a group.

Paladar is a South American themed tapas/cocktail bar. Has an interesting interior that's warm yet spacious. The cocktail menu while sounding interesting is surprisingly delicious. The staff were attentive and welcoming and well rounded in their cocktail skills. Didn't have the opportunity to sample their light bites but I will definitely return to try these and many more of their delicious cocktails!!
