What a place, amazing food. Great drinks. Gustavo is the best.

OMG, what can I say about Paladar other than AMAZING! Walking in, the decor, vibe and attention to detail is second to none. The host Gustavo is a special talent that's hard to come by. Friendly while trying to deal with a thousand things at once. Quick in his actions but delicate in how he works. We came at a busy time and had to wait for a seat but had a drink while waiting. And then there's the drinks!! The cocktails were glorious. You could also see at the bar how good they were at making them, the attention and skill involved. Adam particularly was really friendly and showed his ability at making a good drink. Can't rate this place higher. Must go to while in Cork!

Went with family, and the waitress (I think Alice) was incredibly patient even with a 3 year old. Incredible menu and drinks. Ambiance is so quaint and charming it creates a wonderful atmosphere for any occasion. Don’t miss the pork belly!

This is a place that is so special and professional that it should be in New York or Amsterdam. But it’s in Cork.

We had such a great experience at Paladar—everything was amazing! The food was so good I honestly can’t even pick a favorite dish. A big shoutout to Alice, who was an absolute standout! She went above and beyond, especially with our toddler in tow—so patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. She even gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend dining here if you’re in the area—you won’t be disappointed!

Gosh, how four and a half hours flew by. We spent Saturday afternoon in Paladar, we had on and off menu cocktails prepared by bar staff that were excited to tell you exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. The cocktails are smooth, and immersive, worth every cent. The bar staff chat is genuine and if we didn’t have a prior appointment at a ceili we would have stayed all night. The food was superb, particularly the fried chicken. Yes, it’s expensive, but that’s different from value for money. You’re a long time dead and I would like to spend my money here, enjoying someone hand crafting my drinks and food in front of me and having a great craic in very nice surroundings. You get what you pay for. Spend your money here.

Great vibes and atmosphere . Staff were lovely . I’m saying that , didn’t love the cocktails we ordered although there is obviously a wide selection , our cocktails were mostly ice and on quite pricey for how flat and lacking in flavour they we’re .

World class cocktails, amazing plates of food and most importantly super welcoming staff proud of their shop and happy to talk you through everything. 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic spot for a classy, well made cocktail. The vibes are immaculate and transport you far away from Rainy Ireland to a warmer Latin haven. The Bartender knew their business and walked us through picking our perfect cocktails for the evening. Prices are reasonable and straightforward. Sad the kitchen was already closed so we were unable to try their selection of tapas.

The Pork Tacos are seriously top tier, we'll definitely be back again soon.
