Pat Collins Bar in Adare was hands down our favorite meal during our entire ten-day tour of Ireland. It was everything I had hoped for in a great Irish pub, and it truly delivered. The staff was absolutely lovely, and we especially want to thank Sarah, who was terrific—so welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable, and what made it even more special was the clientele. The pub was filled with locals who were charming, fun-loving, and friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of delicious. I wish I had eaten like this throughout the whole trip! The bacon and cabbage was a standout dish, and the fish soup was simply sublime. We loved this place so much and would happily go back again and again. Pat Collins is a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic food and a truly wonderful, local pub experience.

Ein tolles Restaurant, riesige Portionen und geschmacklich hervorragend. Die Bedienung ist super nett und fix. Papp und Restaurant sind zusammenhängend, aber getrennte Bereiche. Abends hatten wir Livemusik von vier älteren Herren, Spezialisten mit ihren Instrumenten.
