28/05/2026: Revisited the Woodlands with the IMET retreat. It has become an annual event and I love it. I look forward to the hotel, the bedroom, the food, the grounds, the spa ... It's just magic. Every staff member is so friendly and kind and helpful. Another wonderful experience. Thank you all 🤗

03/10/2026: This is my favourite place in Adare never fails to dissapoint ,good quality food,try the goats cheese salad followed by the scallops amazing , friendly staff too.

03/10/2026: I dined here with my Mum and we were both very disappointed. My Mum had the Tomato and Basil soup which was like watered down bolognaise sauce and the single slice of soda bread was extremely salty and way too much Bread soda. Not edible and we wait it to the waiter. I had the Bruschetta which was ok. Nothing to write home about. We ordered 2 cheesecakes which were tiny served with cream that was fake. The pot of tea for two arrived with a large pot of water, two tiny cups and the teabags separately. Nowhere to put your used teabags but apart from that we could have done with a mug if you are going to serve the tea that way. I looked around at the other diners and everyone left half of their meals. The bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned for a long time. Even the windowsills were filthy. I would not recommend the “Award Winning Restaurant “ !!

15/10/2026: My grandmother’s favourite place to eat. Very nice building, loads of character. I love the decor. The old style sweets are really cool. Good food, definitely worth a visit.

07/05/2026: The Dunraven hotel is an incredibly beautiful old hotel located right on the main street in Adare. Really enjoyed the large bedroom and large bathroom. All the rooms are this way which makes it very easy to relax and unwind. I would have to say that our hotel room is easily twice the size of a typical European hotel room.

09/08/2026: Cafe Logr is an absolute joy to behold. The food is consistently excellent and the staff are always courteous and helpful. Their breakfasts are delightful and also very healthy. We love coming at weekends for brunch but they also do a fantastic lunch menu throughout the week. Highly recommend.

09/08/2026: I always really enjoy coming here. There’s such a welcoming atmosphere and you can see how much care goes into the place. Petra is a fantastic host — so hardworking, friendly and always doing her best to accommodate everyone, even when it’s busy. She really goes out of her way to make people feel welcome and looked after. Always a pleasure to visit and I look forward to coming back!

09/10/2026: I had lunch in The Good Room today. There were 2 other people dining when I arrived. I ordered the chicken pesto Ciabatta and pink lemonade. While I was waiting for my food, the blonde lady I placed my order with chatted with another woman at the counter. She very audibly swore and cursed. F this and fing that. I'm no angel, but that was very off putting! The food arrived and was dangerously hot! The ciabatta was toasted nicely, but was so scaldingly hot, it was as if it had been microwaved on high. The chicken was incredibly dry and stringy. The only saving grace was the flavour combination of pesto and sundried tomato. The atmosphere was so poor, I didn't ask to see a dessert menu, which isn't like me! I used the bathroom before I left. Both cubicle floors were strewn with toilet paper. One toilet hadn't been flushed and it was really a case of choosing the lesser of two evils.

02/10/2026: Came here on our way to Dingle, fantastic service by Tracey and Evelina. Miso mushrooms were so good! We added a side of goats cheese and it made it perfect. Goats cheese french toast also amazing. Great coffee. 10/10!

13/09/2026: The restaurant is very charming and the service very good and friendly. We had high expectations for the food, which the appetizers met. Unfortunately, the main dishes were disappointing, especially the vegetarian pasta. The dessert was good, but not extraordinary. Overall, we felt that the prices did reflect the current quality.

28/08/2026: A gourmet restaurant. The welcome was warm, the young waitress was very friendly and pleasant, and the food lived up to our expectations! My wife and I treated ourselves and had a very, very enjoyable time! I recommend it 100%.
