What an awesome pub in the heart of Adare. We were in Adare on a Monday and Tuesday, Pat Collins was the only pub serving food on Monday night, we enjoyed it so much we went back on Tuesday and we were lucky enough to catch live music. Service and food are both great, the pub is clean, but the atmosphere is what makes it worth the stop!
Delightful little Pub! Highly recommend to go out of your way to visit.

Warm and friendly with plenty of places to sit and have a pint and a delicious meal.
I was only in Adere for 5 days and I ate here 2 x (that good)
Food wise I had the best seafood chowder I have ever had and on my 2nd visit I had the fish & chips (piping hot and incredible ) Both visits I had the lovely Chloe as our server. She was delightful and provided exemplary service

Pat Collins is a casual bar and restaurant on Main Street, Adare. The front room is largely tables for dinner and lunch. The drinkers tend to head to the back. When we ate dinner there, it was 90% locals. I imagine that in the summer, it becomes more touristy. Menu is simple. I had the roasted veggie bruschetta and the fusilli pasta. Good bar food. Check it out if in town.

Great, welcoming, friendly service. Bringing drinks to the table. The atmosphere is great, good lighting and comfortable booths to sit in. I didn’t get a chance to eat here but the Murphy’s is top. 🔝 🤎 🍺

Pat Collin’s was recommended to us, so glad we listened! I had the seafood chowder & shrimp & my husband had a tuna melt - fries were excellent, great salad - all was perfect. Such friendly people - all locals made it even more special. Also (for me the best part) they had a Gluten Free menu! And a yummy gluten free roll!! Thank you Pat Collin’s!
