When I think of the hospitality of Ireland I think of Pat Collins Bar!! Mary, Mike and the whole team of genuine, friendly and fun folks made our trip to Ireland so memorable! The food, the drinks and the atmosphere are all top notch but what I walked away with are the memories of great times with great people who love what they do! Thank you for accommodating us with a smile and genuine memories that last a lifetime!!

8 days 3 cities and the 3 best meals were here. Tandoori chicken, stir fry, chicken tagleatelli. So amazing!

Love the place staff were amazing

Stop in when you're in Adare Ireland. Food Yes! Atmosphere yes! An espresso martini you would love.! Just make sure you show up before 830 for food.

Superb bar with really good food and generous portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Incredible food, the bacon and cabbage was legendary, I will be dreaming about that meal for a long time. Additionally the Guinness was on point as all Guinness in Ireland is, this is a great spot to stop in for a bite and a pint when in Adare, 5 stars at least!

Consistently good food, and great service to be had here. nothing is to much trouble.. 3rd time here for lunch on Sunday,s have never been disappointed.

Great pub. No wait but in fairness it was 12 o'clock when we went in for a bit of lunch. We both had the chowder which was excellent.
