Listen to me—if you like carrot cake, this is the place! The food was great, especially the wings, but that carrot cake was absolutely out of this world. Easily one of the best I’ve ever had!

The food was very good, we thoroughly enjoyed it. However, we were quite surprised that, in addition to the relatively high price of the hot sandwiches and soup, service was not included. This meant adding at least 10% to the bill, and we would have liked this to be clearly stated on the menu.

PHX Bistro is highly recommended. The food was delicious and the staff incredibly friendly. Steak frites, PHX Burger, and Risotto were delicious. Desserts were delightful.

We had a great experience and were very well looked after by Matheus. We had the steak frites — the meat was tender and cooked perfectly — and the panna cotta was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this place!

The best steak frites I have had in years. I asked for rare and it was cooked to perfection. The chips were delicious also. As for the crème brûlée, it rounded off a perfect meal. The ambience was very pleasant and the service exemplary.

A quiet and welcoming dining room with excellent, high-quality food at a good price. Highly recommended after visiting the Guinness Storehouse, Phoenix Park, or the nearby National Museum of Decorative Arts. The waitresses are very friendly and the food is homemade. Kudos to the chefs! It's a shame there's no terrace.

07/08/2026: My top restaurant in Dublin. The area is great, full of lively cafes and bars. The food is delicious, staff great with recommendations and wine paring. Outdoor seating perfect to enjoy a meal and enjoy the buzz of Dublin. Have eaten here with a group of 8 and again with 4 people and just 2; great every time.
30/07/2026: La maison being a classic French bistro has a great reputation for its classic dishes like foie gras pate, fillet mignon, crème brûlée and a wide variety of wine. Cian restaurant manager was very attentive and made sure that we had a great time and should it ticked every box on how a good restaurant should operate the level of professionalism and attentiveness makes the experience memorable. And will be definitely going back the next time we’re in Dublin.
