We were down in Killarney last weekend with family for the Rally of the Lakes and placed a large delivery order — to say we were impressed would be an understatement. The food was absolutely delicious! The lovely lady called to let us know the food was on the way and mentioned they had included a bottle of wine and some extra drinks as a thank you. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected, especially as we were just delighted they could accommodate the pizza delivery for us. It really showed how much they appreciated the order — you don’t come across customer service like that very often anymore. We recommended the place to more people the following day and they absolutely loved the pizza too. Real authentic Italian pizza! Thank you again so much — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Killarney. Piccolo’s is THE spot for pizza! My husband and I felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. Our food was fresh and delicious, and service was quick! Ms. Veronica was amazing and took such great care of us; we definitely left having made a new friend. Piccolo’s will be a necessary stop if we ever find ourselves back in Ireland!
