Pig's Ear in Dublin

We had a fantastic evening at The Pig's Ear! The food was delicious and of excellent quality. On top of that, we received great wine recommendations. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very good food quality, served in a very casual atmosphere. The rice pudding with rhubarb stands out and don’t forget the Surf and Turf appetizer of oysters and beef tartare

Delicious! Every dish was delightful. Lucky find for us, and they were able to seat 5 of us without reservation— very lucky! Somehow I missed a pic of my Barnsley Lamb Chop, which was juicy and cooked perfectly and plated. Service was outstanding. Our server was able to describe each dish since we were not sure what was what. Pictured are Jammets Mixed Grill, Dublin Coddle (soup), Smoked potatoes, Dublin Lawyer Lobster Omelette, Guinness Bread & Butter, Potato & Pork Farl w. Bone Marrow Gravy, Cheesecake, and Rice Pudding + Rhubarb & Custard.

The food here blew me away. Everything we tried was amazing. We started with 3 starters recommended by the staff. Then I had the pork chop, which was the best pork chop I've had in years. The service was fantastic and I enjoyed the vibe of this place. Overall, great experience, I highly recommend.

It was our first visit to The Pig’s Ear, for the new Irish menu anyway. We absolutely loved it. We wanted everything on the menu, and did our level best to try as much as we could. Every plate was fascinating and fun, but most of all delicious. Special shout out for the Boxty with Cais na Tire and Truffle. It should be classified as a mortal sin! The Coddle was deemed excellent by a Coddle Connoisseur, and the Cheese & Mustard Fruits dessert (pictured) was just fabulous. The manager Eoin added greatly to our enjoyment of the evening with perfect service and a lovely manner. I am very much looking forward to coming back. Just when I was getting bored of the same old same old restaurants! Well done all!

A wonderful dinner made nicer still by the lovely Manon. A creative menu that is well prepared, accompanied by an exceptional wine and cocktail list. Capped off our tour of Trinity College and the Book of Kells.

Great place to eat quality food

Absolutly brilliant food. And the staff was super friendly and service was great and on point.

Gran comida, tenía una comida maravillosa aquí, segunda vez alrededor de 10 años después, pero fue fantástico, El servidor fue sublime, explicó todo tan bien y nos abrió la mente a cosas que no habríamos elegido normalmente. Todos los platos principales y entrantes fueron fantásticos. El 15 % de servicio obligatorio en una mesa para 5 en toda la factura (incluido el vino) era probablemente OTT, pero sí era bueno.

Excelente comida y servicio. Una operación resbaladiza gestionada por profesionales altamente competentes que conocen su carta y productos. Un restaurante cálido y acogedor que tiene su servicio de entrega y oferta de comida en el punto. Muy recomendable.
