Nice food but service is always the same. You come in and are waiting ages for your order to be taken. They don’t even check if you like the meal or need anything else…

We were able to pre-book for the rugby…ideal set up, loads of screens and the food was great value for their lunch deal and really good quality (Fx Buckley’s burgers). Staff were really lovely! Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back

So MUCH BRIGHTER than it was. I quite liked the Dank/dark vibes. Changed a LOT. BUT. Great to see so many of the old staff there. Sitting at the bar is still as much fun as ever. Chatting to Random people, and getting a drink on the house was a nice gesture. (Well I have been drinking there since the 80's) It's a nice mix of modern and crafty. The draft beer selection is not quite as awesome as it could be but then I guess there has to be room for draft cocktails for a younger generation. It was good to see the porterhouse brands being sold, and still as funny to me as it always is to hear the almost constant refrain of "Do you have something that tastes like Carlsberg?" or " I'll have a Guinness" My wife liked the food. I liked the drink and the atmosphere. I will (of course) be back.

Stumbled across this place when visiting Dublin. Great bar and service was great. Would definitely recommend
