Quays Bar in Galway

Great time in this typical Irish pub, the fish and chips were fresh and very good, the waiters were smiling and pleasant. We were with the children who were able to enjoy the atmosphere! Go there with your eyes closed!

Great vibe with live music, very busy!

A typical pub on one of Galway's central streets, the restaurant is on the ground floor, and we were seated immediately. For dinner for two, we ordered the soup of the day, beef and Guinness stew, and sautéed mushrooms on the side, and everything was incredibly good. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the waitresses were very attentive and prompt. We returned the next day for a beer in the bar area, where a live band was playing. A very pleasant experience.

The upstairs pub offers warm, friendly service and excellent drinks, while the restaurant downstairs serves delicious oysters and fantastic food. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic food very impressed by the quality presentation and speed of service. The fish perfect batter mushy peas and tartar sauce great accompaniments. Steak and incredible pepper sauce.

In the evenings, there's great live music. Beer selection as you'd expect from a pub.

Solid Irish pub and restaurant! Stopped in for some pints of Guinness and to hear some Irish music. Decided to have dinner in the attached restaurant downstairs, glad we did. It was fantastic! I ordered the mussels and my hubby got the roasted chicken. The mussels and the broth were amazingly tasty, fresh. The chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside. An excellent evening in the Latin quarter.

Lively and worth a shot even for a couple hours and more drinks

About a 40 min wait. But expected with the area it’s in . I had my first Guinness and the best Guinness stew . Delicious would definitely recommend!
