Randles Hotel Killarney in Killarney

Stunning hotel. The interior design is amazing, completly different to what hotels would look like usually. Staff were friendly and the pizza was the best I've ever had! Billy from the pool was so kind and nice to us. Looked after us, made sure we were comfortable in the sauna and steam room. He asked us if we wanted him to turn the heat up or down and asked if we would like some more eucalyptus added. He brought us extra towels and advised us to let him know if we needed anything else. The room in the town house was fantastic. Massive! Great value for money. The room had a walk in wardrobe shower AND jacuzzi bath. It was a great surprise. The bed was also massive with a stunning big window leaving in a lot of natural light. A lovely little touch was the chocolate bunnies left at reception for guests and the cool flavoured fruit water in the hall after a nice swim and sauna. The only faults of the stay were: -the bathroom in our room. The toilet when flushed, the pipes after were SO loud and went on for around 10 minutes which resulted in us not flushing during the night fear as waking the room next door! It sounded like construction workers were in doing work! -the jacuzzi bath, however a nice little surprise, the jets were very weak you might as well have just been in a bath. I would highly recommend this hotel. Its stunning, and the location is great. I will definitely be back.

Randels Hotel Killarney A beautiful experience, Great location a short walk to the centre of town. Staff are wonderful and their attention to detail is incredible. 10/10 to all of the staff 👋 we will definitely book again.

Visited with family and stayed over for a weekend. We have taken two rooms. Both were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We ordered room service and it was pretty quick. The staff were friendly. The food we had during our stay was good too except that we wished there were more vegetarian/vegan options to choose from.

Stayed here a couple of times and had the most wonderful experience each time, the staff were lovely, the room was beautiful and clean I couldn't recommend the Randles enough

I don't know what these reviews are talking about because this was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. From the pictures on here I can tell that the hotel has undergone some extreme renovations.Instead of this orange, red, and yellows that you get in the pictures this place was a chic light gray and white. This sitting room was absolutely stunning with plush comfy couches, a beautiful fireplace, an array of magazines, and even a giant TV with a rugby game playing. Our room was beautifully updated with a massive extremely comfortable bed, a smart TV, a beautiful green couch, a big bathroom with a tub and heated rack for towels, and a nice vanity with a big mirror. This was the hotel of my wet dreams. Down stairs was a full pool, a dry and wet sauna, and a spa that you could visit for an added cost. There was also a lovely bar that offered dinner as well which we room serviced up. They really think of everything in the rooms, from some slippers and robes, to a glass water bottle, cotton balls on the vanity, nice shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and even a delicious night time spray that sits on the nightstand. The staff was so kind and helpful and quick to offer recommendations to restaurants and things to do in town. THE BREAKFAST HERE!!!! I dreamed about as we continued on our journey. There was a delectable spread of cold items including cereal, yogurt, juice, pastries, and more. As well as a hot breakfast of your choice that ranged from eggs and meat, to salmon, to crepes. This is seriously the best place I have stayed in a long time and I will be longing to return to the hotel of my dreams. Thank you Randles for setting the bar too high for the rest of our trip.

Very nice place 👌 I would definitely stay again

We had a 2 night stay in Randles in April 2023. It was very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We needed more nights just to get try more of the delicious breakfast choices! We also ate in the hotel, and its neighbouring pub, Kanes. Both had plenty of choices and the food was delicious. Very close drive to Lady’s View, which was stunning, as was the drive around the national park to get there. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you Randles 😊

Just back from a family trip to Randles stayed 2 night. There was 23 of us. We booked it with Sarah is reservations. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Maria the receptionist was so helpful and welcoming. They could not do enough for us. The food was excellent in the hotel and all the staff were extremely friendly.

Just back from a weekend away with my family. I can’t not recommend this hotel enough. The staff were amazing especially Marie who could not have done enough for us. There was plenty spaces, rooms and out door areas for the family to relax and enjoy the evenings. I will definitely be heading back here the whole staff are so child friendly and no ask was to much for them. The rooms were so clean and spacious and cleaned daily. The pool area was perfect for what we wanted even had children floats and toys. Food was outstanding and we also eat in their sister hotel one evening again outstanding service .
