This beautiful hotel is located in a prime spot. The furnishings are among the best I’ve ever seen, and the bathrooms are equally impressive. The price is incredibly reasonable, making it feel like I’m staying in a luxurious hotel without breaking the bank.

A gem in the heart of Killarney. I stayed for 2 nights for a business trip (INEC Conference) & it was just perfect. A warm welcome awaited along with a fabulous room. There was lots of lovely touches throughout this hotel with so much attention to detail. The staff were warm & engaging & clearly enjoy working here which says a lot about how the hotel is run. Location is great, 3 minutes drive to INEC & a short stroll to town. Lovely breakfast made fresh to order which is unusual nowadays. I was a woman travelling on my own for business & I felt very safe & well looked after throughout my stay. Can't wait to return & would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

A lovely hotel. Perfect location if you attending a conference in the INEC as it is only a 10 minute walk. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to Killarney town.

I stayed 3 nights at Hotel Randles, and Maha at reception made the experience truly memorable. She was professional, welcoming, and effortlessly attentive to every detail. Her warm attitude and efficiency made everything smooth and pleasant. A genuine asset to the hotel.
I hope to come back again to this beautiful Hotel.

I recently stayed at Randles Hotel in Killarney and overall had a good experience. The hotel itself is lovely, with convenient parking which made our stay much easier. Our room was nice, although it was a bit cold at times. On the positive side, the bathroom was beautiful and very well maintained.
A special mention goes to Justin at reception, who was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, welcoming, and went out of his way to help us sort everything out he really made a difference to our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience at breakfast was not as pleasant. Aziz, who was working there, seemed quite stressed and made us feel a bit unwelcome. On top of that, we were overcharged for breakfast and had to go to reception ourselves to resolve the issue, which wasn’t ideal.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with great facilities and some excellent staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the breakfast service.

We stayed here in February with my husband and our baby for our first trip away as a family. The staff were fantastic—so welcoming and helpful—and the food was delicious.
Without us even asking, we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was such a lovely surprise. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that offered an upgrade without being asked before. It made our first trip away with our baby feel extra special.
There was a real family feel to the hotel, which made the whole experience even more comfortable for us.
We look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Stayed in the townhouse, it was a few min walk from the hotel itself so more awkward to use the hotel facilities like bar/ restaurant . About 15 min walk to city centre. The room was very nice but the TV was damaged. We stayed 2 nights and although they survived the room once, they did not change the sheets, just remade the bed
