Unfortunately I find myself having to write this very bad review reason been a manager who when my young son ordered steak and it was really tough we kindly asked for it to be changed no problem at all untill the manager Gary came over and was very intimating who stated how he was once a butcher and the steak was fine the way it was he got to the stage of asking My son what he wanted then and he felt really intimated by this man as as he stated he is a tall gentleman but he was very aggressive in his manner that after trying to talk to him he walked away mid Conversation and left us feeling very uncomfortable to the point I didn't finish meal and opted to bring it to the room the other staff were absolutely lovely kind and friendly and exactly what ya want from staff but found our new years night cut very short and we don't get away often so was left very disappointed just a side note the owner and the lady at breakfast were very good and kind about it and all though I felt bad having to say something as I never normally would our night away didn't go as we expected I by no means want to cause any trouble buy I really do think the gentleman in question really needs to work on his communion skill with paying customers other than that thanks very much

Where to start is the question? I have recently stayed here for my second break away from Dublin City which is based a short drive from this location. Reddans was absolutely magical both times we have visit. The first visit brought us a really spacious room with a cosy sleep in a superking size bed, and TV with channels in accompaniment. The style of the room was a touch of vintage with modern freshness and natural feels. Both visits were incredible stays but if your booking here, I advise to book the room with the sea view which was our decision on our second visit. No regrets as we got to experience the wonderful view of the sea as we sat in bed, and even managed to catch a bit of a sunrise too which was heartwarming to wake to. Now as far as the staff go, the service was incredible and they really made us feel welcomed and supported through our stay for any query or needs we had. Food was absolutely top knotch. We indulged in some of the nicest Guinness around, and I recommend the chicken burger meals as the chicken was succulent and full of flavor throughout at every bite. Thanks to Dave on the cooking duties, I hope I recalled your name correctly. Special thank you and applause for the wonderful bar staff especially Lorraine who was so kind and accommodating throughout our two visits. The cleaning staff do a wonderful job as the room was absolutely spotless so many thanks for the careful attention to cleanliness and personal touches. Many thanks to all, Genuine review, genuine customer, can't wait to return! I also advice to visit whilst the Christmas vibes are around as often felt so cosy and welcoming. The room was very clean. Bathroom old but spotless. House cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Sea views were very good. Lorraine a waitress we met when we went down for breakfast was very friendly and chatty and went out of her way to accommodate us.

From all our family, a huge thank you to the Reddans team and especially to Marina for creating a friendly atmosphere, for the wonderful food in the restaurant. For humanity and understanding of our family situation and approach to our child's diet. The organisation of the festive mood on our daughter's birthday, won our hearts. Compared to the other hotel we stayed in before moving to Reddans, it was like going from hell to heaven. I thank God for the weeks we spent at Reddans. Success and prosperity. Fabulous BnB/bar. I booked this because it was an easy drive to Dublin airport. Fabulous reception/bar staff. Great meal in the bar. Beautiful room with an expansive sea view. Great experience and good value. Thank you so very much 🇮🇪☘️🇦🇺
