Nice place but, one particular barmaid, is neglective and I perceive as pretentious, she leads me on and then abandons me, not very friendly. Maybe she isn’t aware people are there for the pints and not her?, “edited” ‘on further reflection, she might be understood and could be nice underneath the surface, I wish she’d give me a chance because I think we’re both very troubled and similar, she just doesn’t realise it yet’ “end of edit”. I’m not sure, anyways I like this pub and I hope a change can be found before she consumes us all. Thanks Brad

I was there for late lunch yesterday with the Rathfatnham women’s shed. They went all out to accommodate all 25 of us after been let down last minute by Morrells Yellow House. We were given a warm welcome. The staff were courteous and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. Well done to Revels. A bad reflection on Morrells this shabby treatment of a group that frequent the place will affect further business.

This pub truly exceeded my expectations! The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. Whether you're stopping by for a casual drink or a full meal, the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The food is exceptional—every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It's clear that a lot of care goes into the menu and preparation. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, which only added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a place with great vibes, delicious food, and excellent service, this pub is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back soon!

Such a bad place to book for a group of people. More than 20 minutes to bring one drink, way more time for the food. The food was delicious but more than 30 min to bring it, and the brought it wrong, plus they wanted to charge twice one deink bc they were so messy in the bar area, they didn't notice I already paid for it. Anyway, the waitresses did their best.

We both had the special which was open steak sandwich with pepper sauce. Honestly it was one of the best we've ever had ! Gorgeous food. Lovely vibe and great service. Would deffs come back
