Walked from Mannix Point campsite for mid afternoon Sunday lunch. We found the atmosphere, cleanliness and staff all excellent. Food was quick to arrive and plentiful. We then walked another 10 mins into the town. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the hotel again. Well done.

Eight on the Ring of Kerry And the Wild Atlantic Way. This hotel is situated among some of the most beautiful scenery Ireland had to offer.

We ate a light lunch in the restaurant, were not guests. Starters were generous in size. We chose Seafood Chowder, and freshly battered fried calamari with salad. Both were good.

Our Trafalgar tour group stopped there for lunch, which was excellent. My wife ordered the Fish and Chips while I got the Lamb Stew. Both meals were delicious and we enjoyed them very much. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick.

22/10/2024: Whenever we're in the South of Kerry I insist we go to Camos for their fish and chips. My favourite in all of Ireland.

Eva's Bar & Restaurant

11/09/2024: 5***** Food and Service!! If you haven't eaten in Eva's you need to! Such delicious local food, expertly cooked and served. We keep coming back, the food is sooooh good!
10/08/2024: I’ve feed, nothing outstanding but good quality. Cowherd was more veg than cream. Pan fried hale special was good but not epic. Nice staff, drinks timely and food good. No spark.
