Rising Sons Brewery in Cork

Nice spot, nice vibe inside. Unfortunately when we arrived most of the tables inside were reserved but we still managed to find a comfy spot. Bartender seemed totally over it but served us ok.

Excellent craft red beer they brew. The pizza wasn't bad either.

The beer they make is very good; my favorite is the Handsum (pale ale). The place is spacious, and they have a pizza option for lunch or dinner. It's not the best pizza in town, but it goes very well with the beer.

An excellent brewery in the heart of Cork. At Rising Sons Brewery, you'll find a wide variety of craft beers, perfect for all tastes. If you want to try several, I recommend ordering the tasting option, where they serve you three small beers (like cañas), ideal for discovering your favorites. I especially loved the Hadsum and Redemption, although they also have the classic Beamish, a true icon of the city. The atmosphere is great, and it's a perfect place to go with friends or just enjoy a good beer. Highly recommended! It's not really your typical Irish pub, but it's great for trying different beers.

Wheat was stellar. Wish there was room outside on the patio for us. Very hospitable.

Best craft beers we had in Cork.

We are brewery people so of course our attention was drawn to this establishment as we began our one-night stay in Cork. As with many places in Ireland, a local asked where we were visiting from and soon after we were having many fun conversations with locals while drinking some great beer! We loved all of the beer that we had at the brewery and on-tap at other locations. The raspberry stout was a favorite for both of us. Samples were offered and the one we requested was rather large for a sample. They do half pours which is always appreciated. I enjoyed the pub-meets-brewery feel and would recommend this brewery to any passing through Cork!
