Rising Sons Brewery in Cork

We are brewery people so of course our attention was drawn to this establishment as we began our one-night stay in Cork. As with many places in Ireland, a local asked where we were visiting from and soon after we were having many fun conversations with locals while drinking some great beer! We loved all of the beer that we had at the brewery and on-tap at other locations. The raspberry stout was a favorite for both of us. Samples were offered and the one we requested was rather large for a sample. They do half pours which is always appreciated. I enjoyed the pub-meets-brewery feel and would recommend this brewery to any passing through Cork!

Spent four days in cork and must of popped in here atleast three times, great selection of drinks/food with a great atmosphere! It's a must visit for anyone in the area, you won't be dissapointed.

Fantastic (local!) beer, nice people, good pizza. What else do you want?

Pizza was alright, pints decent. But the atmosphere felt… performative. Maybe it was just my table, but it’s hard to enjoy a meal when the energy feels scripted. Great if you’re into theatre with your pepperoni.

La ubicación es genial, y su cerveza local, especialmente los Rising Sons, Sunbeam es una gran cerveza. Josh, el gerente y Sadhbh la licitación del bar eran los mejores. La pizza era genial, y ofrecen una pizza o nacho y pinta especial hasta las 8 pm.

Excellent beers, possibility to choose a discovery board of 3 of their beers 🍺

Very good irish pub. Recommend.

Tomamos una cerveza después de recorrer el castillo de Blarney. Disfrutamos de una buena salida a bolsa y una buena conversación con el servidor detrás de la barra. La pizza se veía bien, pero teníamos otros planes para la cena.
