River Court Hotel in Kilkenny

Staff were fabulous. A lovely hotel. Central for 4 relaxing days exploring Kilkenny.

Didnt stay in a room just had a meal and it was very good, service friendly and reasonable price

I didn't stay in the hotel but did enjoy 2 great nights here , I was staying in a different hotel ..the traditional music at the River court was great,as were the bar staff

Awesome location very nice rooms. The staff especially Owen were all very friendly and helpful with advice on what to do in the area.

I love this hotel and staying midweek is unbelievable value. The location is unbeatable and is so near to all shops, pubs, restaurants and attractions. The breakfast is brilliant and never let's you down.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, good breakfast, amazing castle and river view! We loved our stay very much! Walking distance to the castle, pubs, train station, very convenient! Free parking at the hotel. 2026-Feb

We never stay anywhere else when visiting kilkenny. The River Court is so convenient to the city centre and the river Nore. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast, and all round very good value for money. We have stayed here on many occasions over the last few years and are looking forward to going back already. 😀

Great food Great staff ..Great rooms..Great pi t if Guinness...livley location on the river more easy 5 min walk to the town centre and local restaurants

Fab hotel excellent food excellent location overlooking Kilkenny Castle

Super friendly staff in all locations of the hotel. A special mention to Jara and Monique who couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast section was very good and fresh. Very reasonably priced hotel
