River Island Hotel in Castleisland

Lovely hotel very clean and the breakfast was awesome Ithe staff are so nice I would highly recommend it

Excellent stay. No negatives. Staff all friendly and efficient. Think this is down to the management. The manager was visible at all times and very helpful. The receptionist Leanne went above and beyond to help us two elderly ladies to navigate local transport. Keep up the good work River Island.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff

The hotel is very pretty and typical Irish. It also has a nice pub. The rooms are quite old and should be updated a little and are not very well insulated from noise but we only stayed one night so not a big problem We ate at the hotel restaurant. The dish was good. Small problem, they brought us dishes that we had not ordered, we reported it and they brought the same dishes a second time which we finally accepted. When paying I reported it to the head of the establishment who apologized and did not charge us for dinner. It’s a very nice gesture on his part, I thank him again. Regarding breakfast, it is a large sweet/savoury buffet which was very very good. Positive memory of our visit

Very friendly staff, old style rooms in need of tlc but was clean Breakfast was very tasty Parking can be an issue but nothing the hotel can do about that

stayed overnight in this cosy hotel. we had dinner here . the food was very good and service with a smile too.i would stay here again. it's very central too.

My friends and I got snowed in here during the latest snowstorm. We had been trying to get from Dingle to Cork. The hotel were beyond accommodating gave us a great price for bed and breakfast. Given the circumstances I thought the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. We ate here and the food was lovely. Rooms were clean and spacious.

There is an night club under the hotel you can hear the music out all over the place
