Cozy tavern near the port. €5.50 a pint. Quiet, cozy and very good music. It's a shame they don't have anything to eat. We spent a good time chatting while having a few pints, in this case of beamish and coors. The quiet parish. The friendly waiter. Good place to rest

WOW!! You MUST order the Humdinger! I was just there, visiting with my mates from Wisconsin and we all ordered the FAMOUS HUMDINGER drink from the bar tender. Not only was it satisfying to the palate, but the trivia presented by him was a great treat too!

This is a excellent bar to go grab a drink, and Steve was an excellent bartender that had a lot of character and really worked well with the crowd. We would highly recommend it!

11/03/2025: Best vegan pizza I’ve ever had! I would 10000% recommend The Wholey Ground to everyone but especially vegans looking for a really good vegan pizza with really great ingredients. The lads were all so friendly and the service was excellent! Can’t fault it!
03/11/2024: The plain latte was delicious. It was packed with locals and friends on a Sunday afternoon.
