Had a takeaway from here at the weekend, it was really tasty. The portions were huge and what I really couldn't get over was just how clean it was.

The food is always delicious, and I’m a big fan of Roma’s food. I only have one suggestion: please consider offering smaller-sized chips, as the current portion is quite large.

Taaffes Castle

01/09/2026: Just stepped in for the one drink. The barman was friendly and chatty. He played good music and a couple of requests. The Guinness was very good and enjoyable. It was a Thursday night so not many in the bar, having said that there was a nice relaxing ambience. A couple of things to note it's cash only and the hand dryer in the gents wasn't working.

08/08/2026: Great place for food and excellent staff. This pub is a few minutes walk away from the cluster of pubs in the centre and probably doesn't get the crowd it deserves. Food last night was fabulous and breakfast this morning was too. Also, very well priced. The crab claws were beautiful. I highly recommend walking a few minutes down the road to this little gem.
