My son and I go in every second Wednesday. Food is lovely. Staff were so nice. I had a lovely quarter pounder and chips. My son had a battered sausage and chips. Staff in shop were really kind and nice to us.
I had a great experience last week in this store. The food was quick and of good quality and the service was great. I didn’t catch the name but the friendliness and helpfulness from the young tall man working at the front was great, i wasn’t familiar with the menu and he had no problem helping me decide what to order for my kids. I’ll definitely be returning soon.
05/07/2024: Food was good but we felt rushed. It was noisy and we felt the staff wanted us out quick....
Pizza excellent as was the antipasti.
Tirimasu and cheesecake were excellent.
11/06/2024: As a tourist guide, I was working out of Maynooth for a few days in May. On my first night I had a lovely dinner in Donatello's - despite it being a Monday night the place was buzzing.
The next night my job involved being outside and it got quite cold. They didn't know me from Adam, but willingly lent me one of their outdoor blankets for a few hours. I really appreciated their trust and see this as an indication of excellent customer service.
