Rustic roots restaurant in Athlone

Best burger ever. And the chips. Best in Ireland. Hand cut with the skins on.

I’ve never had Irish food, but wow this food was great, very tasty, I had an Irish stew and was I impressed.

It was cozy, and the food was quite good. The service was very friendly.

Rustic style restaurant, small but cosy, food was nice and tasty. Fishpie was good, big portion, with bit of salad.

Exceptional service, our waitress was lovely and pays attention to detail. She realized that it was my dads birthday today (we speak Spanish) and she brought a candle with the cake! It was such a special moment, thank you so much. The food was delicious, we would recommend everyone to come and eat here! Best restaurant of Althorne !!! Atmosphere was great as well!! We would definetely repeat if we could !!

Great to sit in but my god the JUST Eat prices are insane. 19 euro for a Greek salad?? 27 for Goujons and chips?? Madness, a Greek salad and a goujon can only taste so good and I don't think it could ever be that good, especially delivered .
