Salads here are divine and they make the very best dessert in their chia seed and mango pudding. I would go out of my way to travel here for glorious food and to be served by the delightful. Kind and efficient Lynn who is among the customer friendly staff here

Waitress accommodating for our many requests! The waiters were so lovely and even came out with a scoop of ice cream for my toddler and did a birthday plate for the birthday girl. Thanks!

28/07/2026: I had an amazing experience yesterday evening in Sprout Kildare Village. I was served by a lovely young lady Sarah she was very helpful and very patient with me. It was my first time ever eating out of sprout and will 100% be coming back. After having a bad day Sarah managed to put a smile on my face and gave my meal on the house so beyond grateful thanks so much to herself and the team.

Mellow coffee bar and bistro

27/06/2026: Food is always good and quick. Staff are lovely and coffee is definitely worth it. Pop in if near by you won't be disappointed
20/05/2026: Best cafe in Kildare Town. Anna is great and one of the friendliest faces in Kildare Town, she'll never greet you without a smile and the same goes for everyone else working there. Colm, Nick, Caitlin and Kate are some of the best people you'll meet. The coffee is great, not one food item is substandard and it's always so quiet even at full capacity.
