The best restaurant I've ever been to in Ireland! Excellent, well-presented food, and a very welcoming waiter. I definitely recommend it!

Could not fault the service, food was amazing, had a lovely bottle of chocolate bloock vino which was fabulous. We got complimentary sorbet, petit fours and digestive shot. We always visit when we are in town. Cannot fault it.

We had a delicious meal in Sage last night. Eva very kindly contacted me when a cancellation table became available and we were so delighted to have the opportunity to eat at Sage again. The specials - starter and main - were so flavoursome and there was a great selection of wine. The service was excellent, as always. It was a really delicious dining experience. We’ll be back again for sure.

As a Chef I was really impressed with Sage. The menu offerings were very interesting and pricing was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant if you are looking a solid dining experience.

We had a lovely meal here last night. Starters, mains, and deserts were all top class. Service was very good and the ambience was lovely. We respoy felt we got value for our money. Thank you and see you all again soon.

Visited Sage upon a recommendation by a local, and was certainly not disappointed. It was fairly busy on a weekday. Opted for the special Tarte starter and the six hour long cooked beef cheeks for mains. Service was ok and timing too. Great spot with good value for money

09/02/2025: I eat here occasionally and I am always satisfied with the food, tonight I ordered the starter Kelly's black pudding with goats cheese,and a portion of fries,it has changed completely just 2 balls of pudding no evidence of goats cheese and no slice of apple,I was very disappointed and the waiter asked if I wanted to return it so i ordered the fish cake which was just ok not much flavour The staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable, pity about the food
06/12/2024: We liked this place. The food wasn't incredible but the service and atmosphere definitely made up for it. After a terrible service experience earlier in the day, it was refreshing to experience such attentive service.
