Amazing food and vibes every time

Decided to go as we love Japanese food , it wasn't terrible but we've had a lot better , service was good, can't fault that , just the food was unfortunately meh... the katsu chicken curry was more like a store bought ready meal

I fortunately had my birthday treat in hear. Although I haven't experienced much of Japanese food before this it was a pleasant and interesting meal of many small examples. It included raw fish dishes and more familiar marinated meat dishes, something I would say for just about anyone. Would it go there again, yes. The restaurant was just around the corner from the Estory on a very busy street of people just having fun. Well worth a visit day or evening. Not many cities i can say that about nowadays. Highly recommended.

Love this place it’s a must try for any sushi lovers , selections amazing all so fresh and tasty , staff are really lovely and the atmosphere is perfect very chill .

Went here tonight, haven’t been in a number of years. Decided to eat outside as inside was jammers. The girls serving us were lovely. Unfortunately it would seem if you opt to eat outside you might be slightly forgotten about. Our sharing platter was fab and we both ordered a portion of wings each .. delicious! However!! When the server arrived with the mains the two dishes were delivered separately. I opted to wait for my friends meal to arrive before I started mine but by then mine was gone cold. My friend ordered a dish that had beef of one sizzling plate and a bowl of rice on the side .. we had to ask for a serving plate for him to serve them up together (very Irish, I know) . It really would have been very awkward to eat the rice with the beef on the hot plate. All in all .. food was seriously tasty but outside service lacked attention. Due to this, it will be a long time again before I return .. unfortunately 🫣 On a positive note though, it was great to see them so busy.. long may it last.

Everything is very tasty, the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is nice. I recommend it.

I love coming here! It might be my fav restaurant in the country, such nice staff, food is always top notch and fresh. Will always recommend sakura to a friend. Gyoza's are lovely, sushi is always fresh, noodle dishes hot and flavourful, miso soup just how i like it.... i could go on!

I honestly don't know how this rating isn't higher. I had the Gyoza Ramen and it was bold and silky. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the vegetables were delicious. My wife had the Eel roll, the tamago, the salmon (amazing as she said), and the spicy tuna. We didn't expect the spicy tuna to be quite that spicy, but still delicious. The cuts of meat were all top notch. The service was on top of it and we felt very welcomed.
