Salinas Bistro in Midleton

A very unique gem in the heart of Middleton,serving a wonderful blend of eastern delights . We were served by the owner Abdullah with the upmost respect and a fantastic sense of humour. The food! Well you will just have to come here to enjoy the palatal pleasures of the east. We don't normally go back to a restaurant twice in one week but this food is addictive. Will definitely return.

First time, and will be back 🙂 Very good food, all prepared in-house by a very attentive chef. He came to the table and explained preparations to accommodate my dietary requirements. Lovely experience, warmly suggested.

We decided to pass on a Sunday Roast at Sage and go to Salina Instead as they have a kids section with toys. They didn’t disappoint again with an ever extended menu of flavours, friendly staff and decent prices. What a place! They should have a Michelin star, for real!

Such delicious food, something for everyone - the traditional Irish person who wants a fish and chips or a burger and for the more adventurous - authentic Middle Eastern food - Palestinian and Syrian. I had the ‘Dawood Basha’ beef meatballs seasoned with Arabic spices, fresh tomato (secret sauce) with basmati rice and almonds. It was delicious and so fresh. They’re so welcoming and warm, going above and beyond with a big, genuine smile on their face. You gotta come try the menu, so much to choose from, it’s hard to choose. Five star food and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our favourite place to eat when in Midleton. It doesn't matter what you order because everything is fantastic. Make sure you go hungry and go for the 3 courses, you don't want to miss anything 😉 fantastic staff as always and the owner is the perfect host.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The owner does alll the things - cooks, brings out food, talks to patrons - and you can tell he cares about his food and the people who eat here. Tons of celiac safe GF options all marked on the menu. I had the chicken shawarma. No joke - this was my top five favorite restaurant dishes of all time. Flavor was outstanding and food came out hot. Highly recommend something Middle-Eastern, as it’s clear that is their “home cooking.” Truly wonderful food and experience.
