Salinas Bistro in Midleton

I really enjoyed my meal here, the food was fantastic and the staff were incredible. The atmosphere was wonderful and the hand-painted art on the walls of the restaurant as well as on the stairs when going up were beautiful, the place seems like a real labour of love and it’s obvious every member of staff take huge pride in this restaurant. There are a large variety of options on the menu and the portions were huge! We were seated by the window and had a great view of the town, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly and made every effort to ensure we were all happy and didn’t need anything. One man in particular made an effort to chat with my family and even brought a complimentary dessert to celebrate my father’s birthday which was really kind, I wish we got his name because he was a very generous host. The lamb kofta was absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely be back to try more options on the menu as they all looked delicious and it was a struggle to pick just one. The menu also included vegetarian and vegan options so it’s suitable for pretty much anyone, as well as a play area for young kids which is very thoughtful. Thanks so much to all the staff for making a wonderful evening for my family, I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be a returning customer!

Went here after the distillery visit. We picked the restaurant because it said vegetarian food options in the board outside. Didn’t check google reviews before entering. The place was empty when went (it was 3.30pm in a weekday). We were not sure how the food would be. pleasantly surprised that the food was very good. Had veg as well as lamb dish. Both were delicious. Good service too.

I had the mixed chicken and beef shawarma. It was absolutely delicious, the best I’ve ever had. I don’t normally like salad, but even the salad was delicious, with a tasty dressing. The crisp light flat breads were delicious, I asked for mine spicy which it was but I could still taste the food. The shawarma had a perfect balance of spicy, sweet and acidic flavours. The chips were good too, homemade, served in a basket

One of best Resturant to goto for middle eastern food. I have stayed in dubai for 10 yrs n let me let tell you this food reminded me of dubai. Kudos to management and chef. Mezze platter is must have there.

This restaurant is a gem. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Oh my gosh, our lunch was beyond wonderful. We just stopped in for a quick lunch, and it was a vegan feast. So many mouth-watering vegan options. And dessert was decadent! Abdul was really friendly and welcoming. Our table was cozy on a cold and windy day. We loved it!
