Amazing food and service...and the place can't be better...we will come back

Go for the Seafood. But.......everything on the menu is great.

Had a lovely dinner here, prompt service and the best crab claws I’ve ever had. Good wine list matched to a versatile menu. Staff great. Highly recommended venue.

Being on the coast there are not many places to eat good fish. We chose this one because the posts had photos of fish. Well, without further ado, for me monkfish doesn't need that much sauce... it came, as I saw in the photo, "loaded" with sauce... when for a good monkfish, a grill and a little sauce on the side for the customer to manage as they see fit is more than enough.

We had been regulars at this resturant as the culinary standards are excellent but over the past year the specials menu has essentially remained unchanged , in fact some of the choices , monkfish curry, seabass, fish and chips have remained unchanged for years. Given the standard of the chefs, it’s difficult to understand the reason for the short repetitive menu which does not encourage return visits. Dining at Seabank Bistro in Malahide was an absolute delight from start to finish. Tucked away in one of Ireland’s most charming coastal towns, this bistro is a true hidden gem for seafood lovers. The menu celebrates the ocean in the most tasteful way — fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I tried the prawns to start . For the main course, the lobster and chef’s linguine with seafood , and beautifully complemented by a medley of seasonal vegetables and a light lemon butter sauce. What truly sets Seabank apart is the atmosphere. With cozy interiors, soft lighting, and a view of the harbour, it’s the ideal setting for both a romantic evening and a relaxed gathering with friends. The staff were exceptional — knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely passionate about the food and service. Seabank Bistro doesn’t just serve seafood — it serves memories. A must-visit if you’re in Malahide or anywhere nearby.

Can’t wait to go back this year! I’m flying 6 hours to get there. It’s a unique wonderful place! Great food, people and atmosphere. Perfect wine collection!

Great food and drink. Dover sole is amazing

Genuinely one of the nicest meals we have had in Dublin. Sticky Toffee pudding was unreal!
