Oldest Pub in Ireland! I’m in. It was super cozy and very welcoming! The first pint tasted great!

Our biggest destination on our visit to Ireland. It exceeded our expectations. This is Ireland's oldest pub, listed in the Guinness World Records. Just walking through the pub lets you experience the bar's history, and that alone is enough to satisfy. Add to that the Irish whiskey and delicious food, and we had a fantastic time. The prices were also more reasonable and reasonable than we expected. We visited as a group of two without a reservation, but when we mentioned we would be eating, they arranged for us a table by the wall with a view of the bar. With a wide range of seating styles and locations to suit your needs, it's a welcoming pub that can be enjoyed solo or in a group. (Visited November 14, 2018)

Just brilliant. How can anybody go wrong in an Irish pub. This ones exceptional.

Cozy pub with a burning fireplace. Friendly staff, excellent Guinness and cider. In the relaxed atmosphere, it's easy to chat with your neighbors at the bar. Unfortunately, there was only time for a short visit. All the more reason to come back here soon.

Great spot. Love the sawdust. Plan to return with my parents when I'm 90 for free credit!

This place is historic and absolutely worth the visit if you are in the area. Getting a Guinness while you are there is basically required. It really is a good spot to grab a drink, pick up a shirt, and take in the history behind it. They have expanded the original building to handle the increase in visitors, but it still feels authentic and keeps the historic character that makes the place what it is.

We were amazed by the pub — it’s beautiful, full of charm and history, and the staff are really friendly. We took part in the “Pour the Perfect Pint of Guinness” experience, and John was simply fantastic — polite, patient, communicative, and very friendly, explaining everything clearly. We felt completely at ease throughout the whole experience!
