Shack Restaurant in Dublin

We visited this restaurant next to the Temple bar for dinner while in Dublin and it was great. It's an Irish restaurant so you can find the usual items on offer such as Irish stews and chowder. I went for the Irish stew which came with bread and tasted brilliant. My better half went for the seafood chowder which was also delicious. Pricing was very reasonable for a filling dinner and the service was great. Highly recommended!

Perfect moment during Christmas period

Amazing Christmas atmosphere, very polite and attentive attitude and delicious food.

A restaurant just opposite the famous Temple Bar where you eat Irish. A menu in French is available. Typical recipes. Good cuisine, hot and delicious dishes. Warm welcome. I recommend 100%. To try: dishes with Irish beef or Connemara chicken sauce and for dessert the Chocolate Biscuit. Excellent seeded bread.

Very cute and characteristic. It's in the Temple bar area (opposite) where the food is good and they always have the soup of the day.

I’ll never forget our amazing meal and the top-tier service from here! We visited back in August of 2024, and the manager so kindly accommodated our family and had everything set up so we could be comfortable. The food was excellent- very traditional and hearty. Atmosphere was also very cozy and comfortable, especially for families. Highly recommend for traditional Irish fare and will be back the next time we’re in Dublin!

Restaurant in the heart of temple bar. Very good food, friendly staff and quick service.

This is a excellent restaurant. We stopped in here for lunch and got helped right away. I had the Fish and Chips and it was delicious. They brought out extra tarter sauce for the fish and ketchup for the chips. The portion size was large. They have a good selection of beers. I had a 1/2 pint of the O’Hara’s Irish Lager. This is a very good lager and I recommend you try this while visiting Dublin. My wife loved the Seafood Chowder. Even though they were busy, the service was excellent. Their pricing was slightly lower than most of the restaurants we ate at.
