Shake Dog in Waterford

We have been visiting shake dog on the cork road in waterford twice a week for at least a year now so we are regulars to the place. We go every Friday evening for dinner and Sunday mornings for breakfast. The quality of their food has been consistently very good and always freshly cooked, the burgers and breakfasts are to die for, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We’ve always had a nice experience every time we visited. We cannot fault anything, keep us the good work! Would highly recommend, it’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for us 😃

We stayed at the Travelodge next door as tourists and had a super breakfast here - the plate looked a bit small when it came, but the food on it seemed never-ending! The food was good quality with lovely thick-cut Irish bacon. They were very happy to swap items for alternatives. Service was very quick and efficient. Some of the seats are a bit torn, but it looked very clean and the food was good, so who cares! I'd definitely recommend and come again.

Shake Dog do the best breakfast in Waterford, for price and value. I use it every Saturday morning.

Worst shake dog I have been too. There was no malt available for their shakes, ironic considering the restaurant is known for shakes. Chilli Fries were nice, but very little chilli on them. Burger was good, can't fault that. Maybe it was an off day, but staff were not friendly, and the restaurant was empty, so I have no idea why the service was so poor.

The ambience needs a little extra to make it perfect. But if you are in the mood for some diner food, this is a good place to go. For the price you will get yourself a nice meal and a good shake. Will recommend.

Food was good service was good no complaints

Don't go in here very often, but when I do, I always come out wishing I had given it a miss. Got my burger on a tea saucer. Why???
