Supermac's in Waterford

Good old Supermacs, food never fails.

I enjoy Supermacs but the service at this store has always been appalling, it takes 20+ minutes on average to receive your food and sometimes they even forget your order entirely.

Every time I come here they’re always so busy but even still the food is always great. There’s always few staff when I go in (usually weekend evenings, which is crazy) and they’re balancing all the online orders and the in person customers too. I just wanted to leave a nice word because that is not easy and we’re not going to act like everyone is overly kind to service staff. I hope they’re appreciated in the workplace because they deserve to be. Thank ye guys, I’ve never had a bad meal from here nor a rude experience.

A good town centre branch. Cant complain at all.
