Stayed in an amazing room! Great hotel

(Presidential sweet) my partner and her friend stay there last weekend and even tho the room was lovely it was dirty and had stains everywhere and not small ones big stains there was a couch that is as old and raggedy and for what your expectations are for booking a room like that it's been the worst by a long shot there was a rug so much stained it should be thrown out along with the dirty couch. Staff were lovely and the main hotel was lovely but room was like some collage students had a party and destroyed the place.

Rooms beautiful and spotless, food delicious, service on breakfast was 10 out of 10. Some delays in the spa when it came to lunch package, some things we ordered never came and nobody checked. When we brought to attention of the spa reception it was handled really well. Bar service at night - closed bar just before 12 disappointing Sat night of Bank Holiday weekend, no drinks available for residents. Hotel itself was gorgeous and the spa treatments out of this world! Special mention to Katie in Spa.

My 6-year-old daughter and I stayed at the hotel on 29.01-31.01.2025. We were absolutely satisfied. Starting with the reception - I would like to mention the very nice and helpful girl Galyna, who helped us with booking a room, a table for dinner, etc. In general, all the staff we met at the hotel were very nice, they greeted us with smiles. I would also like to mention the guys in the restaurant on 30.01., who very kindly congratulated me on my birthday, thank you very much! And the food was beyond all praise (especially my salmon), thanks to the cooks, it was wonderful. Also, a pleasant surprise from the hotel awaited us in the room in honor of my birthday. We also visited the swimming pool and really enjoyed it. Overall, the impression was very good, I hope we will come back to you soon. Thank you, Sheraton.

I live in Athlone..we have a great town it's centrally located as is Sheraton Athlone Hotel! Arrive,check in & you've arrived!! As a local i would highly recommend this Hotel not alone for location,but you are given such attention & rooms are pristine... it's secret I believe, is.. LOCAL FAMILY RUN HOTEL!

Excellent hotel right beside everything (it's more or less in a shopping centre) A mini free car park off the main car park, plus can go in and out as you please Super friendly staff, from Marie or Maria, not too sure (even a hello and wave when seen her in the town) to the breakfast staff calling sir and mam, even the maintenance staff took time to have a chat We had a family room with two double beds and a sofa bed, then a shower and bath, with a smart TV with plenty of stations, applications or screen mirroring (only problem is WiFi speeds are only ok and both WiFi are not password protected) Plenty of different options for breakfast with gluten free as well, plus a coffee machine (with takeaway cups) Definitely one of if not the best hotel in the town Highly recommended

Christmas day dinner was nice but not hot,warm only.the triffle was way to small,it's christmas and shoukd be a bigger portion.but over all the food was very nice and tasty.there was to much confusion on the service of christmas day dinner.to many untrained staff on.but not a major issue,over all tge staff and management were so friendly and so helpful.i even got assistance with my luggage to my room from a very friendly manager.we loved are stay and will visit again for sure.iv stayed in many hotels and this us by far one of the best.
