Sherwood Lane in Celbridge

Had Tapas on Wednesday eve. Delicious! Would highly recommend. Cocktails were stunning too!

We stumbled upon this place after a lovely walk in Castletown park. I will honestly say that this is some of the best food I’ve ever had. We had tapas and it was the nicest most flavoursome food I’ve ever consumed. The staff were absolutely top notch, very welcoming and attentive. This place is a must visit, we will be back over and over again. Thankyou

Came across this restaurant going through cellbridge and I'm so glad we found it. The photos don't do it justice. Everything was cooked so we'll with intention. The chips were lovely and crispy. We got spatchcock chicken and it was charred really nicely and juicy. The salad, chips and mango sauce all go very well with it. The pork belly bites were delicious and we tried the Sri Lankan special - yellow curry mussels. We enjoyed every dish til the very end. Flavoursome without the dishes being overly salty. Need to come back to try the seafood platter. Kudos to the chef and the staff. Service was top notch.

We’ve been regulars at Sherwood Lane since it first opened, and we can’t speak highly enough of David and his team. Whether it’s brunch or dinner, you’re always greeted with a warm welcome and treated to consistently delicious food. Their service and atmosphere never fail to impress.

It was one of the best lunches ever right in the heart of celbridge. Would highly recommend this restaurant to all.😃

Great spot , the food is generous, tasty and the staff are very friendly.

We live locally and we come to Sherwood Lane occasionally for brunch. Today was the first day we had a babysitter for our 4-month old child and we used this time to come for brunch. Unfortunately the babysitting didn't work out and we had to leave after our coffee, before we even ordered food. The lovely gentleman gave us the coffees on the house given what happened. Such a lovely gesture. No idea if he's an owner, manager or staff. But thank you for the gesture. We'll be back for brunch soon.

5 stars from me, we couldn't fault our meal. The decor is beautiful, service warm.and friendly and our food was delicious. Had the budda bowl with flank steak, cooked perfectly and very tender. This dish was full of flavour. My husband had the special of chicken byrani which was equally delicious. Highly recommend 👌

Food, service & atmosphere were all amazing. Steak was perfect. Hands down best restaurant to visit in Celbridge. Will definitely be back!

A beautiful restaurant with excellent staff. Top marks for the cocktails. The food was average… Expected better for the price but overall a very nice experience.
