Charming restaurant with early bird menu, two courses for < €30, plus more extensive full price menu. Good buzz and efficient, friendly service.

Tapas evening on Wednesday is always excellent. Lovely staff and delicious food!

I enjoyed a fabulous lunch this afternoon in this gem of a restaurant. The chef surprised me with a recommendation of his that was really tasty. The cheesecake dessert was excellent too. The staff were friendly, and the service was efficient. Sherwood Lane was right on the mainstreet and beside the entrance to Castletown House. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area and looking for a pleasant meal.

We had a really lovely meal in Sherwood lane. The place was full on a Friday night, which is always a good sign. A few family parties seemed to make up the clientele in the room we were in, with some young kids, but there is enough space between tables for this not to matter, and everyone had their own experience. The order was taken when we were ready, and we worried that the wait would be long given the number of people, but this was not the case. The food was very tasty, plentiful, and well presented. Definitely on the return visit list in the near future.

The food…taco Wednesdays…just amazing! Great, very friendly service and wonderful atmosphere. The avocado fries are as amazing as advertised! Would be thrilled to visit again, as soon as possible! Cannot recommend highly enough!

My wife and I had a beautiful meal here tonight - The service is professional without being pretentious - Very friendly staff and the food was cooked to perfection. Timing between courses was just right. Will definitely be back - A really good night out - Thank you!

Really enjoyed our evening in the wine bar The food was delicious and liked the wine. Service was excellent there was a lovely chatty atmosphere. We hope to go back soon for another nice evening out
