First time back in Cork in about 30 years. The people changed but the atmosphere and overall feeling was exactly as I remembered. Have the Beamish and Red Breast when you are there. The bar staff was the best. Thank you.

Small place ,always crowded but if you are coming to visit cork, it's a must ,and if you are from cork you definitely know this place. I don't want to spoil anything, this is history of cork and Ireland. Just go.

08/08/2025: A delightful moment spent in one of Cork's iconic places: The English Market. The cuisine is delicious and carefully prepared, served by a staff of exemplary courtesy, attentive, responsive, and professional. I recommend the chicken supreme with lemon and fennel, and for dessert, the famous bread & butter pudding or Chocolaté Brownie. A place you can go without the slightest hesitation.
