There were two of us and we really enjoyed it. The service was friendly and the pints were very good. The atmosphere was great too; you can sit outside in the sun ☀️ We loved it!

Coughlan’s is one of those pubs that just gets it right. Proper Cork atmosphere, great pints, and a cosy, lived-in feel that you can’t fake. 23/10/2025: I have a severe allergy to both milk and gluten, I don’t eat out at restaurants in the US much due to this. Kiely’s made me feel so comfortable with their allergy protocol and listing allergens on their menu as well. The fish and chips were delicious and such a treat. I love how light the breading was and had zero reactions. 💜 I will certainly visit again before I fly back home.

06/07/2026: Food and drinks were good. Our server was a girl from New Zealand, so nice to see someone from home! She was very lovely, will be coming back!
