Sliced in Cork

Good restaurant. The pizza was really good. The base is very thin and crispy, reminiscent of tarte flambée. The staff was super friendly! I highly recommend it.

Pizza strait from real wooden fire oven. Cold drinks... That's fantastic. So nice place you must visit. Rich menu, friendly, nice people, tasty food... clean around. Such a great patio outside, well maintain. Beautifully composed trees with very well pruned the branches. Very relaxing place. Can't recommend more. AAA+++ from me.

Best place to eat out in Ballincollig. It was superb

I visited Sliced in Ballincollig with one other person after hearing positive opinions from people who had their lunchtime sandwiches. I was more than impressed with what we got. I knew Sliced since they first opened in Cork city centre as a pizza/pasta restaurant. I usually have pizza for dinner and when I heard they offered good sandwiches, I thought to visit at lunchtime to see what it was like. The site in Ballincollig is roomy and bright. The staff were very kind and found a table for us immediately on arrival. It was not busy at the time we arrived, around 1.30pm on a Thursday. The menu is the same as what is on their website. We ordered the Guac Chicken Wrap and Chicken Caesar Wrap. Both were served with salad and tortilla crisps. Soup or chips were available as side orders. Both dishes tasted amazing. The reason I am not giving the food five stars is because they should have made it clear to customers that there is a salad and tortillas with the order. I was close to ordering a side salad but happy I did not since it was already on the plate. The price for both sandwiches was just over €20 which is not bad given the serving size and presentation. I would recommend Sliced to anyone dining out for lunch in Ballincollig.

Was here for a team lunch and had a pleasant experience. Tried their Truffle delight Pizza , fries and cheesecake. Great value for money , quite sumptuous and delicious. Parking available just around the bend which makes it a great location to hangout.

Went with two couples tonight; two vegans and two omnivores. There were no obviously vegan options on the menu, but we were told they had vegan cheese, so could make us whatever pizza we chose with that. Service was really nice and the food was excellent, both vegan and non-vegan. We had a lovely dinner out, everyone was full and happy at the end.
