Great selection but, as with all Supervalu supermarkets, extremely expensive

I had a good experience with the store, but a tremendous experience with one of their cashiers, Ian. First, the store prices were not the best. There wasn't much to entice me to return. However, I was quite impressed with Ian who treats each person as if they the only one. He smiles easily, has a gentle voice, and puts the customer at ease. I wasn't sure about which way to use the bank card as I just arrived from Denmark where they use the cards differently. He didn't seem annoyed or look at me like I was wasting his time. He smiled and gently directed me. Most cashiers are adequate and, those who stand out, often do so for being abrupt or rude. Ian is a true professional. I hope you are able to convey to him, that customers believe he stands out in a way that makes the store a true "Super Value."
