Sol Rio in Westport

This place is so so so good with prices that are unbelievable for how low they are. The staff were so wonderful and good craic. Do not miss this place it is so good.

I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. Had an amazing dinner there in August, great quality of produce, refined dishes, relaxed atmosphere and excellent, pleasant staff. We ordered pasteis de nata, which were not on the menu that day and collected them freshly baked the following day, they were delicious, the very best I've ever had.! We will definitely be back 👌

Beautiful restaurant with a fabulous menu. Everyone was delighted with what they got. Service was lovely too and the restaurant is clean and comfortable.

Just had a lovely 3 course meal from the early bird menu. My wife had a 2 course. It was really good and such a good prlce. Would highly recommend

We booked early evening to take advantage of the set menu, which seemed to offer some delicious options. The setting is lovely, on the first floor of a building off the main street in Westport. A great spot for people watching. Service was really friendly, which we really appreciated. Food was a bit more hit and miss - we both agreed the starters were incredibly delicous, but the rest didn't meet that standard particularly. That said, we had a great time and enjoyed the meal a lot - perhaps if we were return we would choose from the main menu instead. Would return to try more.

We really appreciated our young waiter who took great care of us, all his recommendations were excellent and he made the effort to speak in French, which was very cute. We had a very good family dinner, with beautiful plates of good quality products, both meat and fish.

Outstandingly good food both in terms of presentation and standard of cooking. One of the best meals on our trip.

Charming Portuguese family restaurant on 2nd floor. Solid portions, likeable and friendly staff. We had fun.
