Sonflour in Cork

Fantastic vegan food, plenty of options, good value, great wine and coffee and vegan chocolate ... And great staff. We enjoyed it immensely, but we're lucky to get in in the off-chance. Pre-book.

It's my 4th time back and they really didn't disappoint. Sonflour is absolutely my favourite place to go out to eat in cork city

The best vegan ragu and ravioli I ever had. All the dishes look amazing but our food was definitely 10/10!

Thank you to the the sonflour’s team and special grateful to the chef! It was the first that I came with a friend at this charming and cozy place! You have to come and book in advance because most of the time it’s full. The staff is very nice and they make themselves available as soon as possible. I took the Earth Pizza (10.60€) and it was a very good choice! You have to taste it. It was so amazingly good that I took another one just.. just by greed. My friend took the linguine with.. the Piss-tacchio sauce (16.70€) and if you like the nuts you have to try it. It’s a must do! You have to taste it unless once in your life! The restaurant has been elected « the best » in 2023. Have a wonderful lunch at this incredible place and take the time to enjoy each fabulous dish!! Thank you again!!

Good discovery for a vegetarian restaurant and I am a carnivore 😁 the foccacia dough is excellent as are the pizzas, avoid putting a little too much oil dripping on the table, not great, and use knives which cut better but otherwise nothing to say 👍 I recommend for vegetarian or not

I usually avoid seeking refreshment in my home kitchen when I'm abroad because disappointment is practically certain. The Sunflour, on the other hand, offers a menu that I have rarely found in Italy, a contemporary idea of ​​cuisine and an atmosphere that does not want to ape the home-made trattoria.
