Soul Burger & Pizza's in Kildare

We were there last night for a birthday dinner. I could not fault the food, it was delicious as always. HOWEVER, myself and my husband both agreed that the food is brought out way too fast between courses. 2 minutes between starter and main course and then 2 mins later dessert brought out. Sitting for a 3 course meal only took 40 minutes. Whilst this may seem like an odd complaint, it really does take away from the enjoyment of the food. It would have been nice to have maybe 10 minutes between courses. It's like the food is being shoved out at you as fast as possible. Kinda ruined the enjoyment of the food.

Service is really hit and miss here. Some times that I've gone in everything is perfect other times service is really bad

Food is great although can be a little heavy with so much cheese, thought the manager was very unprofessional correcting a member of staff for a simple mistake in front of customers instead of in private

Absolutely love Soul Burger. Food is lovely. Cocktails are amazing. Lovely place to go and enjoy a nice atmosphere. Staff are always friendly.

Quiet on a Thursday evening but the food as always was excellent

The restaurant is lovely and the food is delicious. However, there is an issue with the cooking smells spreading throughout the place. I would suggest that the staff confirms the orders to avoid any misunderstandings. We ordered two burgers, but only received one, so we had to wait for the second one. If this could be addressed, it would greatly improve the overall experience. Fries in this pl lace are a must!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, Me and my girlfriend came out for dinner and we’re in the corner area, it was one of the hotter days and the room was very warm and our server had no issue with moving us outside, Outside there was a group of men who were continuously staring at my girlfriend making her very uncomfortable so we moved once again but like the first time the staff were very accommodating despite us moving tables twice at this point, Food is absolutely amazing 10/10 every time and drinks are just superb strongly recommended the espresso martini from here, Absolutely love coming here

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I can't stress enough how kind the staff are, always on top of things, offering new drinks, asking how things are, chatty and humorous. Me and my boyfriend were in tonight on a Saturday with a reservation booked an hour in advance, we were picky with tables to be fair but they were very accommodating. Unfortunately a group of customers were making us uncomfortable but they gladly moved us to a nice table and all was okay. Contact check ups, quick food service, felt so welcoming as always xx This is me and my boyfriends favourite place to eat and drink. Affordable good food and amazing people, what else can we ask for:)) I wish well for this company and it's staff.

Pulled off the motorway to check out this place and we were very happy with our choice. Menu was great. Food amazing. Friendly service. Definitely worth popping into Kildare to go here.

My nephew had his birthday dinner there on Tuesday food was fab staff were amazing very accommodating and the vegan options are great cant fault it will definitely be back 😋
