My Daughter recommended we eat there and the food was amazing, the staff member Shania could not have been nicer and so helpful even though it was near closing time we did not feel rushed we will definately return. Wish there was one of these restaurants near us but it was worth the 2.5 hour drive.

There are gluten-free options, but nothing extreme.
That said, the Kildare Village where it was located had an overwhelming smell of poop (I used a different adjective in my first review, but it was censored). It permeated the entire place. We don't know if it was a one-off occurrence, but it was incredibly strong.

I had an amazing experience yesterday evening in Sprout Kildare Village. I was served by a lovely young lady Sarah she was very helpful and very patient with me. It was my first time ever eating out of sprout and will 100% be coming back. After having a bad day Sarah managed to put a smile on my face and gave my meal on the house so beyond grateful thanks so much to herself and the team.

Phenomenal experience in Sprout Kildare Village. I used the screens to order for the first time and was smooth and quick. My order was ready in less than 5 mins and the girl who served me was so lovely and helpful. Great interior and staff, overall excellent

Really tasty salads and the staff have great knowledge on allergen information.
The best food spot in the village! The ingredients are always fresh, and the food is packed with flavor. Everything is prepared and served fresh, which really makes a difference in both taste and quality.
A great place to enjoy a satisfying meal, with consistently delicious food and excellent freshness. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sprout in Kildare, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations. The food quality is outstanding. fresh and full of flavour.
Everyone was welcoming and friendly, A special mention to the manager, Ricky, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and genuine interaction made a lasting impression.
Overall, an excellent experience — I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and top-class service
