Sprout & Co Kildare Village in Kildare

Pity you can only give 5 stars 🌟. I came here with my daughter for lunch. The diner bowl is amazing,healthy and fresh. I didn't get his name but the fella with the dreadlocks was the star of the show. He was amazing at explaining the menu the picking the correct ingredients. He even let my daughter try 3 sauces u till she found one she liked. He needs a raise and a recognition. Thank you for making are day

Had a lovely brunch here. Food was excellent. Had a nice chat with on of the staff - think his name was Pierce, lovely gentleman - Will definitely be dinning in again.

The food was very tasty. I understand that its very busy and the staff might be doing long hours and be feeling pretty tired, but the spirits are DOWN. No "enjoy your food" no "thank you" or anything. Would be nice to see some form of smiles on their faces :) Also, this isnt anything for the place or staff, people seem to be quite comfortable sitting in a 4 seater table and putting their bags on the other chairs. Even if there are empty tables, there ends up being nowhere to sit. Be considerate peepz 🙌🏻

Look the chicken was a bit weird texture wise. Defo no breast in it but over all ot was nice and tasty. Not my thing but my sister loves it so it's probably down to personal preference. I'd eat here again if I had to!!

best restaurant in the village :) staff very friendly, but a special shoutout to alexis and roe, best workers sprout has ever had.

We go to this restaurant every time we are in Kildare Shopping Village. Food is fantastic, fresh and portions are very good. Their coffee is also very good.

I had a wrap and, while it was grand, it was not exceptional! It could be that I am used to a different style of crepe on the continent.

It was a new experience for me to try eating spinach at large amounts, lol. I really liked the atmosphere of the place, how food was provided, and most importantly, how authentic the whole experience is.

Three of us visited during the January sales at lunchtime...... never again. Service was apauling, order missing, order wrong... then reorder and wait another 10 min. Total wait time 23min. Plenty of seating both upstairs and ground floor.... but so many people holding seats for others ..... impossible to get 3 together when we did get food. Food was imaginative and tasty when we eventually got it. Cookie was burnt/overcooked. Toilets clean. Cutlery wooden but useful. Prices reflect its location. If I was to ever go back I'd pick an off peak time. Pity, I expected much better.
