I had an amazing experience yesterday evening in Sprout Kildare Village. I was served by a lovely young lady Sarah she was very helpful and very patient with me. It was my first time ever eating out of sprout and will 100% be coming back. After having a bad day Sarah managed to put a smile on my face and gave my meal on the house so beyond grateful thanks so much to herself and the team.

Phenomenal experience in Sprout Kildare Village. I used the screens to order for the first time and was smooth and quick. My order was ready in less than 5 mins and the girl who served me was so lovely and helpful. Great interior and staff, overall excellent

The best food spot in the village! The ingredients are always fresh, and the food is packed with flavor. Everything is prepared and served fresh, which really makes a difference in both taste and quality. A great place to enjoy a satisfying meal, with consistently delicious food and excellent freshness. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sprout in Kildare, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations. The food quality is outstanding. fresh and full of flavour. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, A special mention to the manager, Ricky, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and genuine interaction made a lasting impression. Overall, an excellent experience — I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and top-class service

I've tried the Chicken Crunch Bowl, the Bombay Bowl and the Sataysfied Chicken Bowl, the Satay is my favourite. Excellent food, fresh ingredients. You can tailor the bowls; staff are happy to take an ingredient out or add one in.

Love eating here popped down to Kildare village on the weekend i ordered the cashews bowl was unreal unfortunately my sprout app had logged me out but members off staff were very patient and helped me log back in. Just wanted to say thanks to all the great staff

For years we used to complain that Kildare Village had nothing but burger and kebab options when you wanted a proper meal — but Sprout has completely changed that. This place ticks every box. The food is always fresh, healthy, and full of flavour. The restaurant itself is spotless every time I visit, and there’s almost always seating available upstairs, which makes it a great spot to relax during a shopping day. Sprout has become my go-to place in the village – consistently excellent! I usually go for one of their bowls, but I tried a wrap this time and it was fantastic – loads of flavour and really satisfying.
