Stella Maris Hotel in Kilkee

Only went for food and the food was lovely 👍

We held our family reunion at Stella Maris in Kilkee in June 2025, with relatives joining us from all around the world. It was a large group, including many happy young children, and the team at Stella Maris couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious, with a full menu that offered something for everyone in our group. The quality was superb, and the variety ensured all tastes were catered for. The cocktail menu was extensive and expertly made, adding an extra touch of celebration to the occasion. A special highlight was the personalized menu featuring a welcome message for our family reunion — such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that truly made us feel at home. We can’t thank the staff enough for helping make our reunion so memorable. Highly recommended!

We ate in the restaurant, really good sea food and reasonable prices. Great staff and great cocktails.

Excellent cocktails in the bar! A young lady mixed our cocktails under the guidance of her experienced colleague (whether he could have done it as well remains a mystery ;)). Top quality! Served with typical Irish charm and hospitality!

Lovely spot in Kilkee A cozy place to eat in Kilkee — we only tried the restaurant, not the hotel. The atmosphere was warm and the staff very attentive and friendly. The menu is a bit limited, but everything we had was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Prices are average, and if you’re lucky, you can get a table with a view of the bay — stunning at sunset!

Bad smell of smoking in the room. Bar had very loud music until 23.45. Not ideal if you need to be in bed early for work.

Great location! We didn't stay here, but it looks cute and cozy.
