On the other hand, everything was fine, very comfortable bed, room tidying up done quickly, not so good for a 4 star 😳 I would go back anyway 👏🏻

Good hotel, close to the centre. Tonight we also decided to try the hotel restaurant, everything was really good and the staff were fantastic, Andrea and Yuki in particular, very kind and very helpful, it was a real pleasure

Location was good. Easy to get around on foot.

Letezia on the front desk was sensational! I accidentally booked the wrong hotel with the same name in the totally wrong location - she went the extra mile to rectify this by contacting the other hotel for me. Her help was greatly appreciated!

We have best memories of our stays here in Maldron Hotel. We enjoyed outstanding customer care and service demonstrated at ease by all staff, starting with Leitizia at Reception affording us a most warm welcome greeting, to all the Breakfast staff and to Yuki and all his colleagues in The Grill Restaurant serving us most delicious food. Our bedrooms were impeccable and most comfortable with some lovely treats! Above all The Maldron Hotel staff were most accommodating and courteous, while my husband was a patient in Mater Private Hospital. We would highly recommend Maldron Hotel Parnell Square Dublin for families whose loved ones are attending Mater Private Hospital.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Very well connected. The reception staff are very professional, and very attentive, always with a smile and ready to help. Will repeat for our next visit to Dublin

The hotel room was great, spacious and good amenities in room. The heating didn’t work as well as needed, as it was freezing. The front desk staff, every single person we spoke to, (3-4 diff people) were all RUDE. No one was friendly, no one had a smile and everyone was very short and dry. For my first trip to Dublin, this was a turn off. But turned out it was not all of Dublin that’s like this, just the staff at this hotel.

On arrival , the staff were very helpful and friendly .. we were under a bit of pressure to reach a deadline and they took our luggage in under their care until we were able to get back to collect it before entering our room .. They treated us like VIP's throughout our visit from the moment we arrived until we left . The room was immaculate and warm ..The breakfast was very tasty and had a wide selection to choose from . The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff could not have been any better towards us .. we will be returning in the near future for sure thank you all for making our trip a wonderful experience..and a special thank you to Darragh from the Maldron airport hotel ..from Tony O'Shea and Bernie Houlihan

Everything was excellent from all staff to the quality of food, beverages and of course the rooms.
