I love the hotel and I always stay here. Monique is a lovely staff and showed me the buffet. Raphaela is an amazing manager and I also have met the chef Lucas during my stay, amazing food and buffet service. Happy to be here again!!!

What a huge disappointment. The room is the size of a closet. We stayed here twice before and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. Not so this time. And we checked in at 4 pm, so it's not like they ran out of decent rooms. The new kiosks weren't working right either.

The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful! We were traveling with a baby, and finding healthy food in Dublin is a whole other story… the kitchen staff offered to make her eggs/omelette with vegetables, mashed potatoes, etc. (you'd never find anything like that in restaurants…).

The hotel is good. You can catch the bus just in front of the hotel, just a few meters down the road. The water dispenser is a very wise idea and shows the hotel management’s commitment to environmental issues. Breakfast is good, and the staff are dedicated. The room is very nice and tidy thanks to the staff’s hard work, but the only problem is that there is absolutely no soundproofing at all. The bathroom is nice, but the lights should be dimmable—at least one of the two lighting fixtures.

Great hotel! Very well located in the city centre! I highly recommend it: the staff are very welcoming and the rooms are very clean.

A city centre hotel with a room with two double beds, walk in shower and scrupulously clean for €80 for the night is very hard to beat. Check In and Out was done online and we didn't have breakfast so service was very hard to judge. Will return.

A great choice. From the service to the cleanliness to the comfort. Close to the city center, but in a quiet area. I definitely recommend it! Special mention to Ms. Letícia's service.

The hotel is an excellent option in Dublin. With modern and comfortable facilities, and a very attentive staff, the hotel offers good value for money in Dublin, a city where the cost of living and accommodation is not as cheap as in continental European countries. We opted for breakfast, which was an excellent choice. Very plentiful, tasty, with several options and a very dedicated and attentive staff. The family room was spacious and had great facilities. There were 5 of us: me, my wife, and 3 daughters. There is no parking, but the hotel has an agreement with a private parking lot about 4 blocks away with a competitive price for 24 hours, and there are public parking spaces on the street, very close to the hotel, up the street, with free parking between 7 pm and 7 am. I would certainly return to the hotel when I go back to Dublin.

Stayed here the other day, overall the stay was alright but we had a few problems staying there. To start with, we paid our full amount to stay when we got there which was 3 nights and on the 2nd day we realised money had come out from the hotel when we had not ordered room service, or done anything to make them charge us extra, we notified the staff at the desk and she didnt seem to know what she was doing (just like the guy on the desk when we originally got there, that took our payment), the manager ended up sorting it out for us and gave us complimentary breakfast and drinks however this was very unprofessional on their part and i think the staff need to be trained more. Our room was very nice overall, there was a humming for the majority that we were there which was very noisy, it could've been the room we were in but it was distracting and irritating alot of the time and it wasnt because of lights or the bathroom either, we think it was outside. The food and drink was pretty good there, they have a good selection of things on the breakfast buffet. They resupply the complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits often if you ask them. Was a decent stay overall but with the things I mentioned above wasnt fun to deal with.
