Delighted to see rack of lamb on menu which my wife and I decided to have. Extremely dissapointed when told by our waiter that the chef would not cook or serve the dish well done.
After discussion we decided to share the chateaubriand steak .
We were again told the chef would not cook or serve well done. What a dissapointed, left us both flabbergasted. We have travelled the world and eaten in the best restaurants on land and cruise ships and never experienced a chef refusing to cook a meal to our preferred requirements. Beautiful restaurant, great front house staff, great athletes but left a sour taste in our mouth and not from the "food".
