Sultan Cafe Restaurant in Cork

I want to say it was a perfect experience, the food was some of the best I ate in Cork, I even say in Ireland. And I can't thank you enough for the service. It was my husband's birthday, and they made us feel really good. and we bought a shisha, which has been the entertainment of our nights with friends. Thanks so much for this moment

Absolutely fantastic restaurant, a Hidden gem in Cork City. The atmosphere and decor are making you feel like you're in 1001 nights book. The food was delicious and we truly enjoyed the superb traditional tea that was served at our table. Staff was very friendly, highly recommend.

Absolutamente una pequeña joya maravillosa que descubrí mientras trabajaba cerca, probablemente el 6o lugar que he visitado trabajando en y alrededor de la zona, la comida es muy fresca, limpia y también un gran servicio en general y buena calidad de alimentos y productos. Me encanta este lugar. Ojalá lo hubiera descubierto mucho antes pero mejor tarde que nunca. Su tagina marroquí es hermosa, pero su té tiene un sabor absolutamente sabroso y maravilloso. Todas las opciones vegetarianas son una necesidad para probar y también tabuleh, falafel y hummus son todos buenos también. Maravillosa comida fresca y sin duda volveré a visitar en otro momento. Brillante negocio de propiedad familiar y ambiente retro al lugar. ¡Increíble!

They have everything on point in this moroccan restaurant… the decor, the ambiance (lighting, music ect), the food. Everything was perfect.So happy we found this restaurant, loved it all.Friendly staff and attentive,we start with few starters hummous,tabouli,batata harah,baba ganouj then we ordered 3 lamb tagines,royal couscous and vegetable one with couscous all cooked in perfection with the right amount of spices. Bring your own bottle if you want booze which is great as you can save a ton. Went with five others they too loved the place and food. Finished the night with homemade semolina cake and great pot of a moroccan tea. Honestly can’t fault it in anyway. Looking forward in going back! Thanks guys

The ambience was perfect and the food better than I expected

A let down for me .. came all the way from Lemybrien, waterford for the shisha..And they told me , they only have 3 flavours. And cant even mix .so i had to choose blueberry mint..No "kick" at all.. and for 21 euro . Failed. We ve ordered mixed meat shawarma and rice, and chicken shawarma and rice, baklava and 3 drinks..Portion was small. expected the food to be big portion since its supposed to be Arabic restaurant.. The restaurant not busy at all. Only our table.. and one guy at another table ..The restaurant guy not friendly. Never check on his customer.. we just stayed for one hour and left..so for 85 euro.. seriously not worth it .
