Supermac's in Waterford

The burger wasn't nice, however, The Taco Fries and Onion rings were lovely.

Food was a little slow coming out but was very nice 💯, the floor staff were brilliant👍👍👍

Very poor service.waited for 35 minutes for the meal . Tables were very dirty! No staff come to clean. Very disappointed with the service.

Busy fast food outlet. Doesn't compare well with other similar fast food takeaways.

10/10 EVERYTHING ! Very friendly staff that put customers first no matter what! Special shout out to Borislava and Becky for the amazing customer service for me and my family. They were very helpful and detail oriented. We will be definitely back 🥰🥰 Big thanks to all ❤️

Had more than a few pints of Guinness and stopped by here on the way to my hotel. Food hit harder than a truck and had some decent banter with the fine lads working the counter. Great way to cap off the night 10/10

Another town another supermacs tested. Nice store but even though it seemed quiet the place was a little untidy All napkin holders except 1 were empty, I counted 4 total and condiments were very low or empty too and I was at the counter for a while waiting for someone to serve me as I felt I was disturbing them. I got the usual (lunch box) and it was good, fresh and the chips were good too so food wise no complaints at as and looking at other peoples food it all looked good too.

Food was good, delivered in a reasonable time frame. No bother except for one staff member behind the till that didn't have the most welcoming attitude, didn't speak to me in the best of manner, maybe just a bad day for him. (Ginger hair, young man).

We visited this restaurant very close to closing time. We were welcomed with open arms and as it was late we decided to opt for takeaway. The staff could not have been more friendly and we were not made to feel like an inconvenience to staff turning up so late. We really enjoyed our meal and will certainly be back. Well done Supermacs
