Supermac's in Galway

Clean and tidy, busy spot. Toilets clean and well presented. A busy spot at all hours of the day.

Well now went to the subway section and purchased a lovely roll and a cup of tea. Was going to add sugar to my tea and had to look to see was there a tea bag in the cup, it was that weak it was leaning againt the side. So up to counter and asked could I have another tea bag. Oh that will be 16 cents, and I looked open mouthed, actually shocked. It was from the Bewleys counter.

Food always good. Staff lovely, efficient.

Pizza from Papa John's was lovely, and the man who served us was excellent, service with a smile and a bit of crack.

Good food, doesn't take long to get. But ordered food online for delivery got a chicken nugget meal and 2 boxes of 4 cookies got my meal but only 1 box of 4 cookies not good as I spent €28 and didn't get all my food

I am posting on behalf of my sister Sister Una,who really appreciates the kindness of Edwin who looked after her bag when she left it behind after visiting there today,Una said Edwin is a very friendly and professional Supermac employee and a credit to the store

Food and service was good. Great decor every Supermac should look like this one. 😉 It’s busy but well kept and clean.

Didn’t get the cheese i ordered on the chips and didn’t get any condiments for chicken nuggets 😢 Lesson learned check the bag before you go😔🪦😭

He estado en dos días seguidos esta semana. Había un grupo de muchachos (4 que yo podía ver) y estaban sentados allí y al menos uno de ellos gritaba sin otra razón que impresionar a sus amigos. Esto fue alrededor de 4 - 30 pm jueves. El lugar estaba lleno de gente joven y mayor tratando de comer con comodidad y este grito estaba pasando. La dirección parece hacer la vista gorda a esto. Cuando se marchaban, uno de ellos continuó soltando algunos rugidos y riéndose. ¿Es este comportamiento lo que podemos esperar de Supermacs Eyre Square para el futuro? ¿Es este un comportamiento aceptable para su restaurante?
