Express service for fast food in ballyvolane. Good quality burgers and very reasonable priced

5pm on a Saturday, waited over 15 minutes at counter for a simple 1/4lb with cheese burger ( 5oz ) not a meal. Ballyvolane, Cork Ended up asking for my money back on principle. Not the staff's fault, I'd blame management for been understaffed, and just one poor chap trying to put all the order's together on the right bedside chip fryer, including all the big multiple orders from the drive through. No sign of anyone in a supervisory capacity deligating staff to cope where the demand requires. Again, this is not the staff's fault. Hence 3 stars Sorry, I can't give the food a star rating as I didn't eat there, nor shall I in the future.

Bus Stop Coffee

14/03/2025: We were here at 0800 to get coffee and something to eat before our bus, but they were out of everything except one single pastry. The flat whites only came in regular size, and they were quite small for the cost. I was disappointed after reading the reviews.
11/11/2024: I went to Blue House Coffee 1 month and a half ago. I didn’t take the time before to leave a review but it was important to me to do it. I went there one early morning with a friend after a difficult night at a hostel, and we were extremely well received by the man who works there, who chatted and laughed with us. The atmosphere was very soothing, with a great playlist, the cafés and the pastries were delicious. I wanted to thank you again, for your kindness that day, which truly touched me. These are the small moments we remember. Wishing you all the best.

Poppa Bills Ballypehane

20/03/2025: by far my favorite take away,out of four take aways in an area where old people go to die,like salmon,there's usually Mammy's and Granny's that force feed,yet all do well,each has its own niche,but Papas is run by the sweetest people,the food is amazing,I went in to drop off sweets last night,it's nice to be nice,the Chef asked me why I hadn't ordered my food for a while,it's been a few months,I'm renovating my house,I wouldn't eat at my place at the moment...he knew what I ordered,so getting the fantastic Italian Inferno pizza later,I'll sit on the wall,I couldn't recommend more.
12/11/2024: Food is good, price is nice, atmosphere isnt great tho
